The U.S. Small Business Administration said that eligible small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, nurseries, and private nonprofit organizations affected by the winter storm can apply for low-interest federal disaster loans. The loan amounts can reach up to $2 million with a low interest rate of 4% for small businesses and 3.625% for private nonprofit organizations and flexible terms up to 30 years.
